How We Work

From First Contact
to Final Delivery

A transparent, end-to-end logistics workflow designed to move your cargo from origin to Mexico — on time, fully compliant, and without surprises.

Our 5-Step Shipping Process

Every shipment follows the same rigorous process —
giving you full visibility and control at every stage.

Step 01

Consultation & Route Planning

We start by analyzing your cargo specifications, origin, destination, and timeline. Our team designs the optimal shipping route — whether sea, air, or a combination — based on cost, speed, and compliance requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our shipping process and services.

How long does sea freight from Asia to Mexico take? expand_more
FCL transit time is typically 25–35 days for major Korean and Chinese ports to Manzanillo or Veracruz. LCL consolidations add 5–7 days for stuffing and CFS processing. Transit times can vary by carrier and routing — we will confirm the exact schedule at quotation stage.
What documents are required for importing to Mexico? expand_more
Core documents include: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (sea) or AWB (air), Certificate of Origin (if preferential tariff applies), and any NOM/NMX compliance certificates for regulated products. Our customs team prepares and reviews everything before departure.
Do you handle dangerous goods (DG / Hazmat) shipments? expand_more
Yes — for air freight, we are IATA-certified for DG handling. For sea freight, we manage IMO-classified dangerous goods subject to carrier acceptance and applicable regulations. Please declare all DG items at consultation stage so we can plan the correct documentation and routing.
Can you deliver to locations outside Mexico City? expand_more
Absolutely. Our inland distribution network covers all 32 Mexican states — including major industrial hubs such as Monterrey, Guadalajara, Saltillo, Tijuana, and the Northern Border maquiladora corridors. Both FTL and LTL options are available.
How do I get a quote? expand_more
